Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust offers unique, excellent training for health and social care organisations via our Lincolnshire Health and Care Apprentice Centre. Our highly qualified team specialise in the delivery of apprenticeships, functional skills and employability entry education programmes. We aim to develop apprentices in Health and Social Care and Business Administrators. It is our intent through our apprenticeship programmes we are able to equip the existing and future workforce of health and social care with necessary knowledge and skills to apply and become our next Nursing and Allied Health professionals of the future.
