About the apprenticeship:

The Engineering College hosts industry standard facilities to deliver high quality training and skills. Our highly qualified tutors bring a wealth of industry expertise and experience into the workshop and classroom.

The apprenticeship will cover a combination of academic study, workplace skills training, behavioural development, all of which are assessed and qualified to achieve an overall apprenticeship accreditation

We offer flexible college attendance models ranging from full to part time and including block and day release. Competence is always assessed in the workplace.

Our dedicated Client Support Team are on hand to answer any questions about the training we offer and to support your apprentices' journey.

The Engineering College, is the trading name of the Maritime and Engineering College North West and is a Group Training Association located in the heart of the Liverpool City Region, specialising in technical engineering apprenticeships.

Set up in 1998 as a centre of excellence to combat chronic skills shortages in the engineering industry, the college delivers excellence in technical engineering apprenticeships, putting employers at the heart of the training and providing apprentices with the skills to forge successful engineering careers.

In that time we have qualified thousands of engineers across the marine, construction, energy, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, maintenance, heavy lift, medical and rail sectors.
