About this provider

Capp are the strengths experts. We help tens of thousands of people each year to discover and develop their strengths, across programmes used by many of the UK's leading employers.

Our programmes focus on developing the core strengths and behaviours that help any apprentice to succeed, as well as the specific strengths and behaviours of any given Apprenticeship Standard.

We help people succeed in their apprenticeship by using their strengths to learn faster, build resilience, and reduce time to competence. In this way, we help our clients train and develop people to their best.

We have won many awards for our work, including the AGR Development Award for Innovation in Business-Led Development, in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group.
