  • how to make the best use of space
  • techniques for making risk assessment checks
  • project management processes
  • health and safety compliance

Before taking their end-point assessment apprentices must have achieved level 2 English and maths (equivalent to GCSE grades 9 to 4 or A* to C)

Professional registration

Apprentices will be eligible to apply associate grade at the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM). Apprentices will receive affiliate grade membership of BIFM during the apprenticeship
