What apprentices will learn
  • how to monitor and react to external opinions of a client or employer
  • writing and editing communications such as website pages, press releases, newsletters and brochures
  • managing client and media relationships
  • helping plan public relations (PR) campaigns
  • understanding an organisation's goals
  • apprentices must have achieved level 2 English and maths (equivalent to GCSE grades 9 to 4 or A* to C) before taking their end-point assessment
Professional registration

Apprentices will be able to apply for membership of the Public Relations & Communications Association when they complete their apprenticeship
